Our Scope of Service


  • A professional procurement team representing the Owner/Developer.
  • Collaborate closely with the Owner, Hotel Operator, Architect, Interior Designer, General Contractor and other professionals.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate the tendering, purchasing, delivery and installation, payment and rectification processes.
  • With our supplier and logistics networks, we procure the best hotel products and services at optimal cost and schedule for new build and major renovation projects.
  • The hotel products that CGS procures include OS&E items (eg. Down & Linen, Electrical appliances, Mattress and F&B Tablewares) and FF&E items (eg. Carpets, Fabrics, Light fixtures and Wall coverings).

Phase 1 - Procurement Budget Management

1. Consolidate and give advice on client’s brand standards and operations requirement;
2. Prepare procurement budget;
3. Analyze procurement budget against product requirements;
4. Set procurement tendering schedule;
5. Prepare cost plan and work schedule;
6. Monitor budget, submit reports of budget implementation and cash flow;
7. Coordinate the initial and revision of FF&E and OS&E works with the Client, the hotel operator and the project consultants.
